Betk7 Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for a Better Gaming Experience

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated under the brand betk7, available at betk7.best ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any betk7 feature, the user ("Player") confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, as well as all supplementary policies referenced throughout this document.

Betk7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the player via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of betk7 after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use betk7's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have at least 18 years of age completed. betk7 will not, under any circumstances, allow minors to register or use the platform. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately and balances held for review.
• Be an individual resident in Brazil, holding a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be on any active voluntary exclusion or self-exclusion list with betk7 or recognized responsible gambling programs.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Submitting false data may result in immediate account cancellation and balance retention.
• Do not use the platform as a representative of, or on behalf of, third parties without proper legal authorization.

Registration on betk7 is personal and non-transferable. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same holder, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and pending balances may be held during the verification process.

3 User Account

Players are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. betk7 strongly recommends using unique, strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

All activity carried out on an account is the responsibility of the account holder. In the event of unauthorized access or suspected credential compromise, the player must immediately notify betk7 via support chat or by emailing contato@betk7.best.

Betk7 may request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time — such as a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and a selfie with your document. This verification is required to process withdrawals, particularly above certain amounts, and to meet regulatory anti-money laundering obligations. Players agree to provide these documents within 72 hours of the request, or risk a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits

Betk7 accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods available to Brazilian players:

• Pix — instant transfer, available 24/7, processed in seconds
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day after payment
• Credit and debit card — instant processing for most card networks
• PicPay — transfer via digital wallet
• Mercado Pago — via Mercado Pago wallet
• TED bank transfer — for accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no general maximum deposit limit; limits may be set by payment method or account profile. All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method held in the registered player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed.

Betk7 is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions in processing bank slips or TED transfers. If you experience an issue with a deposit, please contact support within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balances from their betk7 account at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no active bonus rollover requirements. The only withdrawal method available at betk7 is Pix.

Withdrawals via Pix for accounts with completed identity verification (KYC) are processed within 3 minutes, automatically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. For accounts without full verification, processing may take up to 24 hours while document review is completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00
• The Pix key registered for withdrawals must belong to the player and match the CPF on file with the betk7 account.
• Betk7 charges no fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by the security team in cases of unusual activity, with no additional processing time for most regular players.
• Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements described in section 6 have been fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Betk7 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, Sports Betting bonuses, and other promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms published on the promotion page, which supplement and take precedence over the general provisions of this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus credits are subject to a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) before they can be converted into withdrawable funds. The rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion and must be met within the bonus validity period.

• Bets on live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the rollover — check the conditions of the specific promotion
• Cancelled or voided bets, or bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting, may not count toward the rollover requirement
• Using strategies such as betting on both sides of the same match with different accounts (arbitrage) may result in bonus cancellation.
• Unused bonuses or those whose rollover is not completed within the validity period will be automatically cancelled
• Betk7 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse or suspicious behavior identified by the review team

7 Game Rules

All games available on betk7 — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games such as Aviator, live game shows, and poker — operate with random number generators (RNG) certified by independent, internationally recognized laboratories. Theoretical RTPs for each game are published by the providers and are available on the platform.

The specific rules for each game are set by our partner providers and are available directly within the game via the information button (the "i" icon). Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules before placing bets.

In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as a connection drop, server error, or live stream interruption — betk7 will apply the following policy: if the round had already started and the outcome was determined, the bet will be settled according to the result recorded on the server. If the round was not completed due to a failure on betk7's side, the bet will be voided. Outcomes displayed incorrectly due to an interface error do not override server records.

Betk7 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues on the player's end, such as internet outages or 4G instability during a round in progress.

8 Sports Betting

Betk7 offers both pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, NBB, NBA, UFC, MMA, volleyball (Superliga), and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, and more).

• Bets are accepted up until the start of the event, except for live betting markets.
• Odds may change before betting closes — the value recorded at the time of confirmation is the one that applies
• Cancelled events, events postponed by more than 48 hours, or events not concluded within the deadline set by the organizer will be treated as void and all bets will be refunded
• Betk7 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets on specific markets without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspicious activity.
• Obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical mistake) may result in bet cancellation, even after acceptance.

9 User Conduct

Use of betk7 requires good-faith conduct and compliance with platform rules. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses irregularly
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that replaces manual player actions
• Any form of collusion with other players at live poker or blackjack tables
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward dealers, other players, or the betk7 support team
• Exploiting technical errors or platform bugs to gain an undue financial advantage
• Sharing account credentials with third parties

Betk7 will actively monitor the platform to detect irregular conduct. Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be subject to immediate suspension, bonus cancellation, balance hold for review, and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

10 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betk7 support via live chat or at contato@betk7.best. Any available balance (excluding bonuses with a pending rollover) will be processed for Pix withdrawal within 5 business days of request confirmation.

Betk7 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months with no activity), or legal requirement. Where closure is due to suspected irregularities, the balance may be held until the internal investigation is complete.

11 Limitation of Liability

Betk7 provides its services "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond betk7's control.

Betk7 is not liable for financial losses arising from: the player's own gaming decisions, internet connection issues on the user's end, misunderstanding of game rules or promotions, or unauthorized account access due to the player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall betk7's total liability to a player, for any cause whatsoever, exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event that gave rise to the damage, capped at R$ 10,000.00.

12 Responsible Gambling

Betk7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that a small number of players may develop gambling-related problems, and we provide tools to support those who need help:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap directly from your account dashboard
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period
• Session limit: set up play-time alerts
• Temporary break: lock account access for a set period
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account with a single request to support

Players have the right to: access their data, correct inaccurate information, data portability, deletion of data (subject to legal retention obligations), and withdrawal of consent. 14 Changes to the Terms

Betk7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notice sent by email to the address registered by the player and/or a prominent announcement on the platform. Changes take effect 7 calendar days after publication, except where immediate effect is required by law.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of these Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any update, you must request account closure before the changes come into effect.

The most up-to-date version of the Terms is always available at betk7.best/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update indicated at the top of the document.

15 Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from use of the betk7 platform must first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through betk7's official support channels.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.

For data protection matters, players may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as provided under the LGPD.
